Obtaining the Hybrid Neo Endpoint

Obtaining the Hybrid Neo Endpoint

Summary
Describes how to download the Hybrid Neo Endpoint from the Cloud Portal.
Information

As of 20th October 2021, the Neo Endpoint for Web Hybrid can be downloaded from the Cloud Portal. Customers should have already received an email with credentials to access the Cloud Portal. If this has yet to be received, verify that the email address configured is correct in FSM > Settings > General > Account > Hybrid Service, and send a manual sync via FSM > Settings > Hybrid Configuration > Scheduling > Send. Once this has completed, raise a case with Technical Support and refer this article's number 000038824.

The Neo Endpoint can be found in Web > Endpoint Under the Neo endpoint management header click Forcepoint Neo Management Portal

This will open a new web page.  On the top right-hand side of the Forcepoint Data Security Portal click Agent

From here you will see the latest download for Windows and Mac, if you require an older version of the Endpoint, click View Previous Versions.

Note Allow a couple of minutes for the download to start

Once the Endpoint has been downloaded, it can be extracted and either installed manually or pushed out to multiple clients.  For more information on how to install the Neo Endpoint, refer to the below articles:
